1 Acceptance of Terms

2 Account Eligibility

Failure to provide the requested documents within the specified timeframe may result in a temporary restriction or permanent closure of your account.

3 Registration & Account

Each user is only permitted to hold one active account only at dada 44. Multiple account ownership — whether using different names, phone numbers, or payment details — is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts without payout of any remaining balance.

During the registration process, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information, including:

• Full name as it appears on a valid government-issued identification document.
• An active mobile phone number that genuinely belongs to you.
• A valid email address that is accessible by you.
• Exact date of birth for age verification purposes.

It is your responsibility to ensure your account information is kept up to date. If any changes are made to your personal details, please update your account profile or contact our support team within 7 days of the change.

4 Deposit & Payment

8 User Conduct

As a user, you are responsible for:

• Keeping your password confidential and not sharing it with anyone.

10 Account Closure

A dada 44 account may be closed at the member's own request or at the discretion of dada 44 under certain circumstances.

Closure upon member request: You may request account closure at any time by contacting our support team. Prior to closure, all valid fund balances will be returned to you in accordance with the standard withdrawal procedure, subject to required verification.

Closure by dada 44: We reserve the right to suspend or close your account without prior notice if:

• There has been a violation of any part of these Terms and Conditions.
• There is suspected fraudulent activity or money laundering.
• Registration information found to be false or inaccurate.
• Account has been inactive for more than 12 consecutive months.
• There are instructions from the relevant legal authorities.

11 Limitation of Liability

Dada 44 provides its betting and gaming platform on an "as-is" basis and makes no guarantee that the service will operate without interruption, errors, or data loss at all times. Dada 44 shall not be liable for:

• Service disruptions due to system maintenance, server failure, or network issues.

12 Terms Amendment

Dada 44 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time in response to operational requirements, legal changes, or platform improvements.
